Dedicated IP Address...

If I take a free hosting account can I still get a dedicated (not static shared) IP Address for hosting my shopping cart SSL cert? If not, what account do I have to get... is it only for resellers or you just dont do them here?

Dedicated IP addresses are available through the control panel for all clients, regardless if free hosting or not. However there is a small charge for each address - although reseller accounts are not charged for the first IP Address (or first 3 for premium reseller accounts) they are issued. These are not shared / static addresses, they are issued on a 1 person 1 address basis. All IP addresses may have their reverse DNS (rDNS) set by the person assigned them.

Presently the pricing is about (USD) $1.75 per address, per month to cover the administration costs (same price for free or paid hosts). For large address pools (over 24 addresses) there is an incremental discount.
